• Application - the NoteMode mobile application
• User - a person using the Application
• Provider - the creator and owner of the Application

3. Rules of Use

The User agrees to:

• Use the Application for its intended purpose
• Not take actions that may disrupt the Application
• Not infringe intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable law

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Application, including source code, graphics, logo, and content, belong to the Provider and are protected by copyright.

5. Liability

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the Application works properly, but is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Provider's control.

6. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these terms. Users will be notified of changes through the Application.
